Wood
A rigid frame or panel suits boxes and dividers. Specify the species, visible grain, surface finish and inside dimensions.
Bamboo
Split bamboo strips or laminated bamboo panels give different structures. Compare the edge finish and the clearance at joins.
Steel wire
Bent and welded wire gives an open frame with visible contents. Specify wire spacing and check coating coverage at welded joints.
Woven textile
A sewn body or removable liner can soften the inside of a container. Agree on fabric weight, seams and care instructions.

Measure the opening
Record usable dimensions and the surrounding clearance for the lid, handles and drawer runners.

Form and assemble
Select weaving, panel joinery, wire welding or sewing for the approved material. Review edges and joints where stored items will touch.

Test a filled sample
Load the sample as intended and check handle comfort, stacking and deflection before setting the packing method.
Reports for load and intended use
Ask sales which reports cover your SKU, materials and finish. A buyer's test brief can name handle load, joint strength or surface-coating checks as appropriate to the use. We can coordinate agreed testing with Intertek or SGS for the target market.
Samples and production
Samples usually ship by DHL. Nesting and flat packing can change the carton volume, so sales will confirm sample freight and production timing for your dimensions and order quantity.
